Directions to Tranquil Spirit, Casa de Perlas, from Coin and Alhaurin el Grande

Once near Alhaurin el Grande take the MA-3304 road for Cartama. Follow this road for approximately 3.4 miles. When you see the large "Bienvenido Cartama" post on the right take the next turning on the right down an unmade road. Follow this road for approximately 0.3 miles. After a while you will see green plastic screening for the properties on either side of the road. Take the next turn on your left. House of Pearls is a short distance on the left. There are gates so please sound your horn to let us know you are there.

Directions to Tranquil Spirit, House of Pearls, from Alhaurin de la Torre

From Alhaurin de la Torre take the MA-3300/A-366, the "low road" to Alhaurin el Grande. Follow this road for approximately 3.8 miles. You will pass Sol Andalusi on the left and the Nursery for the Viveros Guzman Garden Centre on the right (palm trees in plastic tubs). After a while you will see the Venta Perguine on the left. A short distance on you will see a road off to the right with a sign: "Viveros Miguil y Paqui". Turn down this road and follow it for approximately 0.8 miles. When you turn onto it follow the bend sharply left. Continue down this road, Camino la Ramita, past the Goat Farm. Keep going straight ahead. You will pass some villas; "La Ponderosa" on the left, "El Tyke" on the right. After "Vicareui" on the left take the next turn on your right. House of Pearls is a short distance on the left. There are gates so please sound your horn to let us know you are there.

Directions

I am a Reiki Master based in Stockport, Cheshire, near Manchester and provide reiki and spiritual healing as well as training courses. We are only six miles from Manchester City Centre and have excellent road links with the M60 Manchester Ring Road. We are a couple of miles away from Stockport Railway Station with regular services from Manchester, Macclesfield, Wilmslow, Altrincham, Buxton, Chester, Crewe, Sheffield, Stoke on Trent and Stafford. There are also regular bus services from Manchester, Macclesfield and Buxton directions.

Car Parking

It may be possible to park in our driveway. However, if there are no spaces please park in one of the nearby side roads rather than park in Bramhall Lane itself. Nearby side roads are: Charlestown Road West, Trinity Gardens, and Yew Tree Road. You will be able to identify these on the Local Map.

Approaching Stockport from Manchester by Car along the A6

Coming along the A6 from Manchester and travelling in the Hazel Grove / Buxton direction you will pass Stockport Town Centre on your left. Drive up the hill and you will pass Stockport Town Hall on your left and Stockport College on your right. Keep driving straight on. In a short while you will see a sign post at a junction with traffic lights telling you to turn right for Bramhall. Turn right here and you will then be in Bramhall Lane, the A5102. (If you miss this turn off you will see an Esso Garage in a short distance on your right. You could turn right at the traffic lights here to enter Kenerley Road and then turn left at the traffic lights at the bottom of this road to get back onto Bramhall Lane). Keep going straight along this road. You will pass Davenport Station on your left by some traffic lights. Keep going straight on, passing the Jolly Sailor pub on your right. A short while after this you will come to an island (known locally as the Woodsmoor roundabout) in the road. Our driveway is the second on the left just past this.

Approaching Stockport from the Buxton / Macclesfield Directions by Car along the A6

Drive through Hazel Grove and continue along the A6. You will pass Stockport Grammar School on your left. Soon afterwards you will be able to take a left turn for Bramhall at some traffic lights just before an Esso Garage on the far side of the lights. You are now entering Kenerley Road and then turn left at the traffic lights at the bottom of this road to get back onto Bramhall Lane). Keep going straight along this road. You will pass Davenport Station on your left by some traffic lights. Keep going straight on, passing the Jolly Sailor pub on your right. A short while after this you will come to an island (known locally as the Woodsmoor roundabout) in the road. Our driveway is the second on the left just past this.

Approaching Stockport from Ashton under Lyne / Hyde / Oldham / Rochdale / Sheffield Directions by Car

Approaching Stockport from Knutsford / Alderley Edge / Wilmslow Directions by Car along A34

Once on the A34 travel through Alderley Edge in the direction of Wilmslow. A short distance out of Alderley Edge turn right onto the A34 dual carriageway. After Handforth Dean take the A555 signposted for Bramhall. This will bring you to a roundabout. Turn left still following the signs for Bramhall. Once in Bramhall Centre turn right for Stockport. Follow this road to the large roundabout at Bramhall Park then go straight ahead up the hill (bear left). In a while you will come to a traffic island (known locally as the Woodsmoor roundabout) in the road. Use this to turn back on yourself so you are travelling in the opposite direction to which you have come. Our driveway is the second on the left just past the traffic island.

Approaching Stockport from the Sandbach / Holmes Chapel or Lymm / Chester Directions by Car

If you are approaching along the M6 from the south you need to turn off the M6 just after the Knutsford Services and follow the directions for the M56 and Altrincham. Eventually you will come to a big roundabout with traffic lights where you will be able to join the M56. Just after passing the junctions for Manchester Airport there is a junction for the M60 and Stockport. Take this and then follow the directions below.

Follow the M60 south and east coming off at the junction for Stockport Town Centre. On entering the roundabout take the second turn off, signposted for the Town Centre. Follow the signs for Buxton and the A6. You will drive up a hill and come to a roundabout. Once you get to the roundabout ignore Buxton and A6 signs. Carry straight over the roundabout. Keep going straight ahead through about two sets of traffic lights. You will eventually come to a T-junction. Turn right here and you will be on Bramhall Lane, the A5102. Keep going straight along this road. You will pass Davenport Station on your left by some traffic lights. Keep going straight on, passing the Jolly Sailor pub on your right. A short while after this you will come to an island (known locally as the Woodsmoor roundabout) in the road. Our driveway is the second on the left just past this.

Alternative Route Using Cheadle Junction on M60

This route is possibly more straightforward if you are travelling from the West along the M60. You can come off at the earlier Junction number 2, sign posted Cheadle A5060 (make sure it's junction 2 because there is an earlier junction 3 also sign posted Cheadle) Turn right at the roundabout towards Cheadle (A5060). This is Stockport Road. Turn left at the first set of traffic lights (Councillor Lane). You need to continue on for about 1 mile along this road, so continue on through the next traffic lights and straight on at the next set of traffic lights. You will eventually come to a T-junction with traffic lights. Turn right here. This is Bramhall Lane. Now follow the instructions above from Davenport station.

Approaching Stockport from Preston / Bolton / Bury Directions by Car

Approaching along the M6 from the North take the M62 east and then the M60 south and east. You can then follow the directions above relating to the M60.
