Spiritual meditation / meditations, psychic awareness / development and mediumship development sessions take place weekly on Thursday evenings at our home in Stockport, Cheshire near Manchester We are within easy traveling distance of Manchester, Altrincham, Ashton, Buxton, Glossop, Hyde, Poynton, Macclesfield, Sale, Wilmslow and other towns in Cheshire, Derbyshire, and Lancashire near to the Greater Manchester area. Sessions may occur at other times subject to demand and groups of people have arranged spiritual meditations and other sessions at a convenient time for themselves.Guided Spiritual Meditations, Stockport, Cheshire, near ManchesterThose who have experienced the meditations have found that they can aid self understanding and development, foster creativity and awareness of spiritual energies. Meditation is also a vital tool to facilitate psychic development and communication with the spirit world. Many have have found the meditations so beneficial that they have returned again and again. People have often expressed surprise at the variety of themes in the meditations.The meditation sessions generally start with Hai coming through and there is an opportunity to put a few questions to him. Following this Isleen, one of the other members of the Phoenix Spirit Group, comes through to actually provide the meditation. This will last approximately 20 to 25 minutes. She then invites people to relay something of what they have experienced. She will often assist with the interpretation of images and messages which people have received. Time permitting, it is then quite common for another spirit visitor to come through, sometimes to communicate something from their own experience in order to develop a discussion arising from the meditation To get a sense of the "flavour" of the meditations please see Extracts from a Sample Meditation and the summaries of the Recorded Meditations which are available. If you wish to order any recordings please complete the Recordings Order Form Prior to attending a session participants should also read these Guidelines When Attending Spirtual Meditations or Psychic Awareness / Development Sessions at Tranquil Spirit, Stockport, Cheshire, near Manchester. Meditations take place at our home in Davenport, Stockport, Cheshire, near Manchester every four weeks on Thursdays from 8pm until 10pm. (The Psychic Awareness / Development Sessions take place on alternate fortnights.) Groups are small (max 8) to allow individual attention. The cost is £3.00, including light refreshments. You may attend occasionally or regularly; it is entirely up to you (Please note that in the event of a shortage of places regular participants will be given priority). All we ask is that you give us 48 hrs notice of your wish to attend. Places are subject to availability. We are now offering recordings of Isleen's meditations on CDs, or in Real Audio format. The recordings are made naturally in the actual meditation situation. Please see Meditation Cds for further details. The regular meditations provided by Isleen at our home have proved very popular. As stated above we have already made some of these available in the form of CD recordings for those who are unable to visit our home in person. We are now able to take this a step further by offering support for developing effective meditation practice, and to facilitate learning from the experience.
